Sophie entered the 2019 Chang Ung Cup for Taekwando on Sunday this weekend. It is a huge international competition with teams from Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Netherlands. It was a nice warm-up competition for her entering the World Championships in November.
Sophie was crowned the 2019 Black Belt junior females pattern champion and managed to win a silver in Sparring.
She’s very pleased and quite rightly so too!
