Yesterday we played Williamwood High School from East Renfrewshire in the quarter final of the Scottish Cup silver section.
Kilgraston Seniors started the game well, winning the first quarter and then Williamwood came back strongly in the 2nd quarter making the score 21-21 at half time.
The next 2 quarters were so close and we had a draw of 48-48 at the end of the game meaning we had to go into extra time, 5 minutes each way.
A superb effort from the girls but Kilgraston lost the game 51-50 meaning Williamwood proceed to the semi final, silver.
Well done to all the girls, thanks to Mrs Ferry for coaching, Mrs Brattesani for scoring, to all the spectators and staff who supported on the day.
