Glasgow's Science Centre
The girls from the Lower and Upper Third enjoyed a trip to Glasgow’s Science Centre last week. They spent a hands on, interactive day learning about all things Science; from learning about the human body to understanding forces to letting their imaginations run wild in the Be Creative, Be Innovative zone.
The trip to the IMAX cinema to watch a 3D film about the 2009 space expedition to repair the Hubble telescope wowed them with an insight into understanding space and a session in the planetarium showed them a little of what there is to see in the sky on a clear night.
