Our 2016 academic results (below), continue to support Kilgraston’s belief that all girls can be supported to shine, wherever their talents lie. Our Advanced Higher results recorded 98.5% of our girls achieving grades A-C; the National average was 81.7%. These results consistently place us among the best in the country, even without considering our status as a non-selective school, and our accreditation by CReSTeD (Council for the Registration of Schools Teaching Dyslexic Pupils).
Our girls’ performance in Highers was 91.1% achieving grades A-C; the national average was 77.2%.

Under Graduate Study
Most of our Upper Sixth girls continue on to Higher Education. In recent years they have secured places at some of the UK’s leading universities including Oxford, Durham, Imperial College London, Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews as well as some prestigious institutions overseas such as the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Our 2016 Upper Sixth leavers went on to study a range of courses at a variety of leading academic institutions.
