Senior Musician of the Year award
We had a wonderful Young Musician competition last night. Our guest adjudicator thought they were very talented and commented on the friendly and positive atmosphere at the school.

They may be the well-deserved winners, but all the girls were really excellent.
I loved the adjudicator’s quote from the composer Bartok: “Competitions are for horses!”
Competitions can be quite scary but the support the girls give each other is so encouraging and it was simply a wonderful performance opportunity for them all to grow in confidence.
