The Arts

Art, Music and Drama are flourishing at Kilgraston! With an abundance of space and plenty of experienced, professional tuition, Prep pupils revel in the opportunity to experiment, learn new skills and develop their talents in the Arts.

As part of a larger school, the Prep benefits fully from the facilities of the Art Department, and the influence of work produced by the Senior School girls. As a result, pupils at the Prep produce some outstanding work using a range of media.

Every pupil will be given the opportunity to learn a musical instrument, and she will become involved in a wide variety of musical performances as her proficiency develops.

The Prep mounts a major musical production each year and performs it in front of an audience of friends, family, the school and members of the public in our new theatre. Every pupil takes part in the performance, and a thoroughly enjoyable time is had by all!
