Kilgraston’s ‘The Habit’ wins at PPA Awards

‘The Habit’ magazine has done it again, scooping up two awards at this year’s PPA Scottish Schools Magazine Awards. This year’s Habit was a Good Food special featuring recipes and reviews of food from all over the world. Mrs Saunders and Mr Plaster accompanied the editors, Georgina Futong and Clare Alexander, to Dynamic Earth for the ceremony where they collected their prizes for Best Design and Layout and The Chairman’s Award which was specially selected by the Chairman of the judging panel as his favourite overall magazine - a great honour.

The competition was incredibly stiff this year with some great entries from other schools across Scotland. There was a lot to be learned from the other magazines which will help develop The Habit in years to come. Thank you to all the girls who contributed to the success of this year’s magazine. Your hard work has certainly paid off.
