The Distribution of Ribbons and Prizes 2011
The Prep and Senior School Distribution of Ribbons and Prizes took place on Saturday 2nd July 2011. A day of praise and reflection was in line for the girls after a very busy year. The girls, smartly dressed in kilts and sashes, arrived with their proud parents and the Prep ceremony got underway with a hilarious speech from author, Robin Pilcher. Picnics on the front lawn preceded the Senior ceremony which featured emotional and reflective speeches from members of the Upper Sixth before John Battle, Former Minister for the Department of Transport took to the lectern for a thought-provoking and memorable speech about his time as an MP. Congratulations to all the girls who won prizes this year and good luck to all those leaving Kilgraston for the last time.
