Leading Performance

Tuesday, September 6th, 2011

Kilgraston has received praise for achieving the best performance in a recent Girls School Association analysis. Mungo Dunnett Associates carried out an in depth survey of the leading 47 girls boarding schools in the United Kingdom. Although there has been an overall drop in numbers in the sector, Kilgraston has bucked the trend and achieved the highest growth rate over the last 5 years (50.4%). Kilgraston was one of only thirteen of the surveyed schools to be operating boarding at full capacity.

Commenting on the survey findings, Principal, Mike Farmer said:

“I am delighted by our performance and although there are natural pressures for further growth, we believe that we are now at the right size and we have no plans for further expansion”.
